Sofia Smallstorm takes a look at the Sandy Hook Elementary Incident and explains what did and DID NOT Happen. She also explains the duty of EMTs and clarifies who has the authority to declare someone physically dead. Only people such as doctors or coroners have such authority to declare someone dead, unless the person has been severely decapitated . The coroner did come out to the site but it appears he also was playing a part in this story that doesn't seem to pan out convincingly.
